Machine Shop:
Detoronics precision machine shop has complete
capabilities to manufacture all components necessary for
glass-to-metal sealing. We employ state-of-the-art CNC manufacturing
technology to ensure precision machined high reliability components.

ready to produce your requirement.
Glass Preforms and Silk Screen:
Detoronics has complete capabilities to
produce single or multi-hole Glass-Preforms including mixing, pressing and
sintering. We have over forty proprietary glasses that can be used with a wide
variety of standard and exotic metals. Our glass-to-metal seals provide
excellent electrical insulating characteristics. We also have capabilities to
Silk Screen Glass-Preforms and Interfacial-Seals using our proprietary ink.
Furnace Sealing and Brazing:
Detoronics has furnaces ready to seal your next requirement. We
have the capabilities to glass seal or braze most materials in a atmospherically controlled environment.
Tooling and Fixturing:
We design, produce and maintain all
support tooling necessary for production such as glass dies, stamp
dies, drill jigs, test fixtures, firing fixtures, mold cavities and
special assembly fixtures.
Rubber Molds:
We have capabilities to produce
Interfacial-Seals and O-Rings using silicone, fluorosilicone, and
nitrile to support our connector lines.
Cleaning:
Our cleaning system incorporates the latest
technologies and alkaline cleaning methods for material preparation
through final processing.
